Progress
I continue to make progress in preparing for my visitors next month, but nothing runs smooth. The furniture was delivered this morning but only one mattress set, not the second, and the slats for the bed frame are too short. They said they will come back, and this afternoon they called and wanted to deliver the rest of the stuff, but I was at the Motor Vehicle Agency, changing my address and getting a new registration for the truck so that we will be able to use it. Hopefully they will be able to come back tomorrow but I have to get the truck inspected, so lets hope they will be able to come after that. On Wednesday I will have my first cataract surgery, so tomorrow morning I will play tennis for the last time for a couple of weeks. It is so beautiful down here, warm and sunny with flowers everywhere. Lucky me.

How did the surgery go?
I can't wait either, I am so excited. I had the first surgery yesterday, it went well, the patch was removed this morning, and to my delight, the long distance vision in my right eye is now as good without glasses as the long distance vision in my left eye with glasses. I still can't read without glasses, but perhaps we can fix that next.
