Ripe figs
Yesterday, after three days of fighting vines, trash trees and weeds, I hired a couple of guys to help with the work, so that I can get the house back on the market. One guy cut the grass and the overgrown weeds and bushes along the fence, the other is fixing everything the tenant broke, three screen doors, a blind, a toilet, some tiles, etc, etc, then before leaving I checked the remaining fig trees, the tenant removed one, and found two ripe figs. Today I went over to check on the work, and then checked on the fig trees. I couldn't believe it, I found a dozen ripe figs, so I brought them home with me, this is all that is left, I ate the rest on the trip home.
The tenants also killed all but a couple of the azaleas that I planted, over 200 of them.

I would have to say neglect. I don't belive they did anything in the garden, they just let the weeds take over, and they strangled everything. I hope I was able to save the compressor which had been taken over, they also never changed the filter to the air conditioner, how it worked I don't know. Their do dug huge holes in the back yard too.
