Inspections and negotiations
Well, after a couple of weeks of inspections and negotiations, I was going to back out because the seller refused to do any work on the pool, but then my agent sweetened the deal, so I accepted the conditions and we will go to act of sale on the 30th. So, next month I will be busy moving yet again, for the third time since 2005 thanks to Katrina. Lets hope this time it will be permanent for a few years at least.
