The Morganza is releasing 110,000cubic feet /second
The river in New Orleans is maintaining a level of 17ft, which is the cresting level, because they have opened both the Morganza and the Bonnet Carre spillways. The Morganza is releasing 110,000cubic feet /second. Bonnet Carre 250,000cf/second, so that the river maintains 1.25million cf/second as it passes through New Orleans.
