never take a break from your workouts

Oh, the pain, the pain. I don't know if it was the two workouts on Monday morning or the therapy on Monday afternoon. After not being able to work out for a couple of weeks after falling on my tailbone, it is hard to tell, but I think it was the therapy, she made me use muscles I don't usually use, which is why I get knee problems. It just goes to show, you should never take a break from your workouts.
