poo to Travelocity, yea to Southwest

I am so mad, I just read the riot act to the folks at Travelocity. I wasted hours trying to get a trip to Dulles airport, and they kept giving me trips to Regan. Over and over, I didn't want to go to Regan. I turned my computer off and tried again and again, So I called them and told them to fix their damn computer. then after all that they charged me 30 for the phone call which I just called and read them another riot act about. Meanwhile I just went to Southwest and got a flight with them instead. and they have returned my 30.
