Merry Christmas to all

I just got back from the Zapata's yesterday. they were wonderful as ever, so welcoming and hospitable, such good friends. Their daughters, Anna and Susan came over, it was so good to see them, it always reminds me of Italy when I see them. Anna still looks like that little girl on the beach with her lovely smile. It is so nice to be able to keep in contact with old friends. Tomorrow Steve, Sandy and Matthew will be coming over in the afternoon, so that we can all get together for Christmas. Yulan's parents and sisters will be here. Steve and his family arrived at 2;30 this morning after driving down from Massachusetts. They are staying with Sandy's parents. That is a tough drive, especially in the snow. Merry Christmas to all.
