Who are these two, Laurel and Hardy?

Well, the plumbers are here. Is that a good thing? I'm not sure. Last week they came over with their fancy equipment, and I thought, good, these guys know what they are doing, they will fix my problem in no time. Well, they were supposed to be back yesterday but never made it. Today they are here, and decided to pull out my dishwasher and break out the wall behind it. Then they picked a pipe and cut it. Immediate water fall. They had turned off the water to the hot water heater, but not the water to the house. Who are these two, Laurel and Hardy? Well, we all ran and turned off the water to the house and then they started mopping up. Great. Even better, it was the wrong pipe. So then they attacked the wall under the kitchen sink. Then they decided to cut into a stud. At that point I couldn't take any more, so I came in here. I think they have cut three pipes and a stud and demolished the wall behind the dishwasher and under the sink. I am about to have a nervous breakdown.

Last night we had a power out in Kenner. this morning when I opened the kitchen door the alarm went off. I was shocked. I didn't think it was hooked up. I ran around like a chicken with it's head chopped off, trying to get the stupid thing to shut off. My next door neighbor came to help because he couldn't stand the noise. Finally we shut off the power to the house. That shut it up. But I needed the power so I turned it on and the alarm went off again. I had to leave so I left the power off. When I came back I turned the power on, and you guessed it, the alarm went off again. What a day. I finally got a rep from the alarm company to give me a code to shut the damn thing off.

What else could go wrong? I'm afraid to speculate.
