Auction

Today I went to my first auction. Hong Lan went to one last year and people got fantastic deals, so I was hoping to get a town house for a steal. There were a lot of properties being auctioned off, the one I was interested in was a duplex-townhouse. It was built 2008 and was really nice, but it went for much more than I was prepared to pay. Maybe next time.
