Joseph Cao

Joseph Cao, the only Republican I have ever voted for, told McKay, president of BP that "during the Samurai days, we'd just give you a knife and ask you to commit harakiri." I believe he is letting them know the depth of disgust that many feel toward BP, and the depth of shame that they should be experiencing. That being said, let them put that shame to good use and get to work fixing the disaster they have caused.
