Bernice, 80, pumps iron

This morning after my step class I decided to stay for body pump. Two of my tennis buddies, Kim and Virginia, were in the class, and they introduced me to Bernice, who was 80 last December, and has taken the class forever, and pumps more iron than all of us. I was impressed, she looks really good.
