new glasses

The other day as I took off my glasses, they broke in my hand, so I went back to the place where I bought them, so that they could fix them. So sorry they said, we can't fix them. So I went to Lens Crafters to buy some new glasses. $235.00 they said, after insurance. You have got to be kidding. Then I found a place that could weld the glasses, but they guy who does the welding was out. Then I checked on line and found a sale at Sears, two pair of glasses for $99.00. It would cost $40.00 to get the old glasses fixed, and only $50.00 per pair if I bought two. So today I went to Sears and ordered two pairs.
