Update on the finger

Update on the finger, a year after the fact. Sadly, it never did grow back, and now I am having problems with the nail which is separating from the finger. The doctor thinks the nail bed is damaged, which is strange, it has been a year, it should have recovered by now, but I have found a solution to typing with a damaged finger, I wear a small plastic thimble, the kind you use for sewing. Such a simple solution, it only took me months to think of it. At least I did think of it before the entire nail separated, lets hope it will heal now.
