This is the wettest month on record

This is the wettest month on record, and it is only half way through. I hope it stops raining soon. People in Raceland, which has never had a problem with flooding, are being rescued by boats. Here in north Kenner we are lucky, though the ground is completely saturated there is no flooding at the moment. People in south Kenner and Harahan are not so lucky.
