The past few days have been rather frustrating, first the garbage disposal broke, and it took me all afternoon to fix it. The next day the pumps on the pool and the Polaris broke, and after working on them all day I had to finally give in and call Ernie, because it was Friday afternoon, and I didn't want them to be broken all weekend. The guys came and fixed them, but by that time it was evening, and I had to run to the store really late, I was totally out of milk, a disaster for someone whose diet is based on fat free milk. I have been struggling with the modem and wireless connection on my computer for months. I have spent hours and days and weeks, on the phone withe the at&t "experts' who never did get it right. Finally I emptied out my closet where I was sure I had stashed the router after I received this new, supposedly fantastic modem/router connection. I found it, hooked it up, things worked for a while then I lost the connection again even though my computer said everything was fine it wouldn't work. So I switched out the connecting cord between the modem/router and the old router, and so far it seems to be working. yea for me.On the way back from Sam's, I dropped into Goodwill, it is right on the way and picked up a couple of new treasures.
