I should have enough to last me till I am 104.

I horrified Michelle the other day with visions of me at 104 charging round in my car, and I have been doing too much, naturally, ever since Katrina my life has been total chaos, moving innumerable times. I had just sold my house and was moving into my condo when Katrina hit. I evacuated to Monroe with a friend, then when we realized we could not come home we went our separate ways and I drove to Virginia. Then I drove back to New Orleans but had to camp out with my friend because it was not possible to get into New Orleans where my condo was. Then I drove back to Virginia to take care of Yulan when Andrew was born. Then my father died so I flew to the UK to see my mother, then flew back to Virginia and drove back to New Orleans to try to get my condo taken care of. It was uninhabitable so I moved into the house in Kenner and tried to get that back in shape, then moved again to this house. omg, I haven't even unpacked from my first move to the condo just before the hurricane. So I decided to forgo all the big jobs I have been working on and just take on one small task at a time, so, Michelle and Renee, you will be happy to know that today I sorted socks. Well, after tennis of course. Hundreds of socks... socks in bags, in drawers, are now sorted, with a few exceptions that I could not find partners for, they are back in a bag. I'm sure as I go from one small job to another they will show up. I knew you wouldn't believe me if I said hundreds, so I took the picture, as you can see the drawer is overflowing. I should have enough to last me till I am 104.
