thanks Kay, I think the secret is lowered expectations. After that trip to the UK, I am grateful for a flight that only takes 4 or 5 hours, and doesn't make me wait endlessly in some hub, even if they leave me stewing on the tarmac while a dozen other flights push their way in front and take off before us. Next month I am off to Ma., but it is going to take an entire day with two hold overs. agh!
