Finally, the temperature got over 32 degrees

I have the tv on, because I am keeping track of the temperature. Finally, the current temperature got over 32 degrees, I can turn off the pumps in the pool and the faucet, which has been running all night and morning, to prevent any burst pipes. It is 10;00am. The temperature has been in the 20s since yesterday evening, again. This is unheard of.
